With this experience, he developed sharp expertise in space design and valuation, while simultaneously pursuing entrepreneurial initiatives in the hospitality tech sector.
In 2021, he decided to shift towards real estate transactions, applying his skills to the sale and acquisition of exceptional properties.
What sets him apart is his ability to blend his architectural vision with a tailored approach, enabling him to guide his clients with precision and relevance in an ever-evolving market.

Ravel Touijar’s passion for negotiation, architecture, space planning, and, above all, human connection naturally led him to the real estate sector.
He began his career as a broker, specializing in sales and rentals, working for seven years with an international group and then with a family-run agency. These experiences allowed him to refine his real estate expertise and his sharp sense of negotiation.
Building on his experience in brokerage, he decided to join a wealth management company, where he worked for eight years to deepen his legal and technical knowledge, before launching his residential brokerage firm in 2021.
